They replaced 2 toilets for me and were just nominally more than Home Depot. The difference is worth it since the toilets sold in big box stores are of lesser quality than the plumbing supply houses. As an ex-pipe fitter, I feel qualified to judge the plumber's troubleshooting and knowledge, and James is pretty sharp.

The young man did a great job installing a filtration system to prevent my ten-year-old CPCV pipes from corroding due to chlorine, as well as creating a bypass pipe system with a valve to replace the leaking plastic line from the fridge which caused serious leaking damage. As far as price, I did spend a lot.
