Had a line blockage, called at 7 am on Saturday morning, made an appointment for 11 am, Yeudy was here at appointment time. We reviewed our issue and then he thoroughly went through the steps that would hopefully rectify the issue. As he was doing each, he explained and then had me watch the video of the cleared pipe at the end. Very professional, while being very personable. He spent 3 hours at our home making sure the problem was resolved and pointed out some items we may want to take care of in the future. This is the third time we have used Dial Duran (new water heater, water leak were the other two) and each pro that we have dealt with was just that! Would highly recommend!

Dial Duron came out on a Friday afternoon after a water tech from the city showed up to let us know we had a leak. Our first water bill in this rental was for 25,000 gallons! Alex was great, got here within an hour of me calling the company, gave us a quote and spoke with our landlord to get it approved. Alex was back Monday morning with two helpers to dig a trench and put in a new water line from the meter to the house. 8 hours later we are hooked up, trench filled, sod relayed on top, concrete pad under the entrance poured and all systems are go. Thanks Alex, your helpers and Dial Duron.

Their gas guy, Ben, is certified in gas and plumbing. He installed the gas lines to our generator and BBQ, and also replaced valves and pipes on the outdoor tankless HWHs. Did a great job, quick and efficient. No leaks. Knows what he's doing, and he's polite and clean.
