I contacted Dial Duron Service Co. for leak detection. They scheduled me for the following Saturday at no extra charge. Alex Babineau, the technician, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the leak and thoroughly explained the issue and necessary repairs. Alex then provided a reasonable estimate, and I was able to schedule the repairs for the following Saturday at no extra charge. When they came to do the repair, Alex Babineau and Junior were the technicians. They were prompt, respectful, and worked efficiently. This company also does HVAC and electrical services. I feel I have found a company I can trust!

11/4/25: Today we saw Eric D. for the electrical inspection that is part of the membership with Dial Duron. He was a total professional who checked out our electrical system in detail and explained his findings with clarity. This type of service is well worth the annual membership. I asked about surge suppression and got top-notch prevention installed for a great price. This company has been a terrific find. 9/2025: Dial Duron does it again. Great HVAC service and great peace of mind having pros come out a couple of times a year to give the entire system the once-over. Their annual service contract is well worth it. Thanks, Josh and Ryan, for the checkup and the suggestions. See you again next time. 3/2025: Another semi-annual A/C servicing went very well. I really like having the system checked out for peace of mind. Joshua has offered me a good deal on a UV light installation to better eliminate growth of mold and bacteria. I'm considering but not ready to pull the trigger on that. Appreciate not getting a hard sell. I really like the professionalism and consideration of the employees from this company I've met so far. 8/2024: Troy came out to do our semi-annual plumbing inspection. All is still well with our newer home, but I'm glad to have a professional available in case things change. He had a couple of recommendations for us but no pressure. It is a good idea to upgrade water supply lines in the laundry room sink and washer. Not as well done as the rest of the house. I'm happy to have this service.

I have maintained a service contract with Duron for many years. I’m in the process of selling my house and needed to respond to several occurrences of electrical issues on the inspection report. Bryce, who has provided service in my home on other occasions, was available and came over right away and addressed everything on the spot. Nothing was actually a problem, but I didn’t have any way of knowing that. Bryce prepared the report and included code references as needed. I am happy to recommend Duron for both electrical and HVAC.

Update: I had another service call, and the tech Braeden was the best. I couldn't be happier. Another 5 stars, thanks! My HVAC unit completely stopped working at night, right before Christmas. Dial Duron showed up within the hour! Steve, the tech, and Ryan, the comfort advisor, were really just great! They were very professional and knowledgeable, but also kind and patient, taking the time to walk me through everything.
