The service technician that was sent by Dial Duron, named Eric DeWolf, was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. After the job was done, he gave me a price that was nowhere near what the two guys from Dial Duron quoted me the day before. Come to find out that they did not remove the $49 dispatch service fee, and I was told from the same two guys that the company does not give a military discount. After calling Dial Duron, I was told that they do give a 10% military discount and that the $49 was waived if I agreed to move on with the job. Eric DeWolf did the job, gave me my 10% military discount, and removed the $49 service fee. I was very happy and satisfied with the price and the job. Well done. Thank you, Eric. I would’ve given Dial Duron five stars if it wasn’t for the two guys that gave me a quote that didn’t sound right.
