DD and installer Yeudy Figueroa did a great job for us! Unfortunately, we had a water heater tank failure and DD had Yeudy out to us within 90 minutes of us calling. He quickly diagnosed the situation and not only found us an available water heater but also that our failed unit was still under warranty. THEN he and DD were able to come back out that afternoon and get it installed, and we were up and running. Yeudy was professional and knowledgeable, and the install was done quickly. Many thanks to the whole DD team that was able to get us back with a new unit and hot water in less than 8 hours from my phone call. Highly recommend!
