My heat went out on New Year’s night, which was a holiday, and it took me 10 phone calls to different heating and cooling places before I found this place, and they were willing to come out and fix my heater that night. They were there within an hour, very efficient. Ryan was our service person, and he was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable, and we are once again cozy and warm, thanks to them. Definitely would recommend.

Dial Duron’s technician Hunter Dugger quickly diagnosed the reason why this year’s first use of our Trane central AC’s “heat” setting resulted in shutting down the unit in the middle of the night…a shorted/burned-out part that (fortunately?) was on the truck. Hunter then efficiently replaced the part, then tested our AC to be certain it was now outputting heat as intended. Hunter is a very thorough, knowledgeable technician I am happy to see show up whenever we have AC issues.
Now, why a 6 yr. old name brand central AC unit has parts shorting/burning out is a question still unanswered…
