Victor and Jean are two Dial Duron techs who installed the air handler and air conditioner (condensing unit) in my home. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable of their profession. The way they both work, you can tell they are experienced in this field. You can tell they both love what they do. They took the time to be sure everything was set up properly, and it did not take them all day. They answered any questions I had about the units, which put my mind and spirit in a good, calm place. Devin and Steven showed up on a Saturday morning and got to work. These guys were very polite and worked great together to remove and replace our AC system. Steven was very knowledgeable and patient, troubleshooting to find the gremlin issue and correcting it. Hardworking Saturday. Great employees, including the estimator who came out on a Thursday night and arranged to drop off a portable AC unit until repairs were complete. Good, honest company.

Been dealing with them for years. Rhyan came out yesterday for maintenance check and saw we were going to have a big problem with AC (which we thought there was a problem). He called Erik out to talk with us about maybe thinking about a new system; ours was 11 yrs old. So we decided to get one. They both explained everything to us very well. They didn't push us into buying anything; we knew it was breaking down. Very honest guys, and Rhyan has been our repair man for a couple years. Today at 9, Martin, Steve, and Tom came with the new system. Steve did mostly the outside part and Martin worked on the inside, as Tom was the helper. This was our first time working with them and we were very pleased with them. Very professional, introduced themselves, shook our hands, and right to work they went. We went from a smaller one to a bigger one, so it took more work, and Martin had a very small area to work in and to get it to fit. But it did, and he did a great job in removing, replacing, and doing a great job with it, protected our floors and cleaning everything up, including sweeping the floor. Steve and Tom also cleaned up everything and hauled it away. These 3 guys were the best in their work, had it done in 6 hrs (didn't even stop for lunch), as was Rhyan and Erik great to deal with. You won't go wrong by dealing with this company. Thank you all.
